What is The Financial Commission?

The Financial Commission is an independent international dispute resolution body that ensures fair and transparent conflict resolution between traders and brokers. As an active member, CapitalXtend upholds strong global standards of transparency, fairness, and client protection.

How does it work?

The Compensation Fund provides additional protection for CapitalXtend clients. It is kept in a separate bank account and is used only if CapitalXtend does not follow a decision made by the Financial Commission after dispute resolution. This helps clients receive the amount they are entitled to under that decision.

How is the Compensation Fund financed?

The Compensation Fund is financed by the Financial Commission. It is supported through 10% of monthly membership fees, which are allocated to the Compensation Fund every month.

Who is covered?

Coverage applies only to the individual case considered by the Financial Commission. It does not apply to the member’s full client base. The Compensation Fund is connected only to the specific dispute and judgment.

What is the maximum coverage?

The Compensation Fund covers only judgments made by the Financial Commission. Coverage is available up to a maximum amount of €20,000 per client.

The Financial Commission maintains a dedicated Compensation Fund designed to provide an added layer of security for CapitalXtend clients. Fully funded through membership contributions and held in segregated accounts, the fund acts as financial protection in the event of unresolved disputes. If a ruling is made in your favor and a broker fails to fulfill the decision, the Compensation Fund ensures eligible claims are covered.
